Energy Healing, The Emotion Code and The Body Code
Energy healing is a gentle, holistic practice that works with the body’s natural energy systems to support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. Based on the understanding that everything is made of energy, this approach helps clear blockages and restore the energy back to a healthy flow, allowing the body, mind, and spirit to function more harmoniously. The Emotion Code® and Body Code™ are methods developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson and are designed to empower every person by enabling their body’s natural healing abilities. Sessions are non-invasive and can be done in-person, remotely on Zoom or through email. These energy healing modalities can benefit adults, children and animals.
The Emotion Code is a form of energy work that enables one to get rid of their emotional baggage by identifying and releasing trapped emotions - emotional energies from negative past events that cause a variety of physical and emotional issues. In releasing these trapped emotions, the body finds itself in the condition to heal itself both physically and emotionally. Issues often disappear or become much easier to handle. Sessions run 30-40 minutes and can be done in-person, remotely on Zoom, or by email.
The Body Code is a sophisticated and complete method of body balancing. Any imbalance that can be identified - physical, emotional, energetic, nutritional, structural, pathogenic and toxicity - can be corrected. In finding and addressing these underlying imbalances, we assist the body’s innate self-healing ability to take over. Organs begin to function as they should, nutrients are absorbed properly, discomfort and malfunction in the body often disappear. Emotional issues become more manageable or nonexistent and energy levels are raised. Sessions run 45-50 minutes and can be done in-person, remotely on Zoom, or by email.
Sound healing is a practice that uses vibrational frequencies to restore harmony within the body and mind. Tools such as tuning forks, rhythmic patterns, and singing bowls create resonant tones that interact with the body’s energy field, helping to release tension and promote balance. The vibrations produced by these instruments can calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and encourage deep relaxation. When combined with meditation, the sound frequencies help raise personal vibration, guiding the body into a state of alignment and inner peace. This process supports emotional release, enhances clarity, and fosters a sense of connection to higher states of awareness. These in-person sessions run 45-50 minutes.
